Order Fulfilment

All orders of PetitSquares Matcha or Matcha equipment/tools will be fulfilled within one business day from the time of payment confirmation during the Monday to Friday business hours. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be fulfilled on the next business day.
If there are unforeseen circumstances and the order is not fulfilled within the day you will be notified as soon as possible. During the holidays, our order fulfilment speed might be slightly slower. We will try our very best to work as fast we can.
Please make sure your address is correct. If an incorrect address is given we will not be held accountable.
We reserve the right to fulfil or refuse to fulfil any orders based on our discretion. In the event of refusal, we will email the customer using the email given at checkout with the reason and issue a full refund. For further information please read our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery

If you package has been returned by the courier due to incorrect or incomplete address or because you did not claim it (if applicable), once we have received the returned package, we will refund the cost of the product(s). The delivery cost will not be refunded as the delivery service was already utilised.

Please make sure your address is correct. We send an order confirmation email with each order which shows the address you provided. Double check to ensure it is correct.

If tracking indicates your package has been delivered, but somehow you didn't get your package, PetitSquares is not responsible for missing packages. We cannot issue you refund or send you a replacement.
